Rep. Brian Higgins Letter to President Obama Supporting the Food for Peace Program

I respectfully write today to add my support for the continuation of the Food for Peace program and ask that you maintain level funding for this program in your fiscal year 2014 budget request to Congress. The United States has been a global leader in recognizing the critical necessity of nutrition, food security, and humanitarian aid in the face of disaster.
