C. James Patti, President of the Maritime Institute for Research and Industrial Development, will be honored with the Seafarers International House “Outstanding Friend of Seafarers” award at their 2022 Setting the Course reception on April 22nd. Mr. Patti is also Chairman of the USA Maritime Coalition and International President of the International Propeller Club of the United States.
